The 3-day leadership bootcamp is an immersive experience designed to empower and equip students with the skills and knowledge needed to become effective leaders. Through a series of workshops, group activities, and keynote speeches, students will learn how to communicate effectively, discover their strengths, develop creative problem-solving skills, and cultivate critical thinking. With a focus on developing courage, focus, and vision, this boot camp will challenge students to push beyond their limits and become comfortable with discomfort. They will also experience emotional intelligence, collaboration, and teamwork, all vital skills for successful leadership. In addition to the core boot camp instructors, students will have access to additional leadership speakers and mentors, including C-level company professionals. Previous speakers have included senior managers from HSBC, LalaMove, and Fleishman Hillard. All materials necessary for the boot camp sessions and workshops will be provided, as well as healthy meals and snacks throughout the program, so students can fully immerse themselves in the leadership experience. By the end of the 3-day leadership bootcamp, students will have a holistic leadership capability based on inspiration, insights, and integrity.
